Strawberry Shakes!


Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups yogert
6 big, frozen strawberries
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
14-20 frozen milk cubes (depending on how thick you want it)
Put it all in the blender, putting milk in first, and then let it run 'till smooth. Enjoy!

We make these minus the sugar and vanilla for breakfast all the time, they are yummy! We also add about 2 tablespoons of flax to make even healthier! :)

Thanks for the comment, Em! Momma, Laura and I used to make shakes like this in the morning as well, we put cocanut oil, flax seed oil and cod liver oil in it. And surpricingly, it tasted good!=)
